With industry experience and the help of friends — bartenders, distillers, and storytellers on both sides of the Atlantic — we dove into endless infusion experiments.

After plenty of tasting (and a little bit of magic), Birlibirloque Gin was born.

With a touch of orange mandarin, this Mediterranean Spanish Gin offers a hearty toast to Bill and B. Locke, two American twins who came to Valencia after World War II.

They gained reputations as gamblers and ne’er-do-wells, charmers, and hell-raisers, but especially as gin lovers.
The party never stopped, and they got everything they wanted.

One day, a showman put the twins in a variety act so they could show off their dazzling tricks.
Everyone was amazed and enchanted, and people began to speak of the art of Bill and B. Locke, which in Spanish, became:
