THE STORY
We’re a Spanish couple who’ve spent years bringing the best of Spain to the U.S., living between two worlds. One day we asked ourselves — why not create our own gin?
With the help of bartenders, distillers, and friends on both sides of the Atlantic, we dove into endless experiments. After plenty of tasting (and a little bit of magic), Birlibirloque was born — a gin crafted in a century-old copper still in Granada, made with an ancestral mandarin from Valencia’s Ribera Alta del Júcar.

THE NAME
In Spain, birlibirloque is a popular expression — the equivalent of abracadabra — used when something happens “as if by magic.”
The brand pays tribute to Bill & B. Locke, twin brothers remembered for their wit, mischief, and flair for dazzling tricks. Their art became known as el arte de birlibirloque… ABRACADABRA.

We don’t follow the London Dry rules — we crossed out “London” the moment it didn’t deliver what we wanted.
Each botanical is distilled separately in copper stills, using one of Europe’s purest wheat alcohols as the base — clean, smooth, and neutral, to let the botanicals shine.
