Under the direction of renowned winemaker Jean-Claude Berrouet, each parcel is vinified separately in its own small tank, with every decision tailored to its individual expression. He then carefully selects and assembles these distinct components to create wines of elegance, depth and precision.

One of the pioneering wineries that shaped modern Rueda, Yllera works with old-vine Verdejo and rare plantings of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
