-Verdejo Night Harvest, Yllera Vineyards-

The Essentials

Independent project: led by the Martínez siblings — a new generation reshaping the family's legacy through authenticity and vineyard expression.

Winemaking: Only the mosto flor (first gentle press) is used. Cold skin maceration and fermentation in stainless steel preserve purity and freshness. Lees aging adds volume and complexity, with minimal intervention — native yeasts, limited sulfites, and precise handling. A small 5% barrel-fermented cuvée from the previous vintage enhances depth and balance.

Character Outstanding fruit quality. Higher rainfall and mild temperatures allowed for a slow, balanced ripening, resulting in fresh, vibrant wines with remarkable volume, tension, and precision.

Wines Notes - Verdejo

Tasting profile: Bright straw-yellow with green reflections. Aromas of white fruit (pear), citrus (green apple, lemon zest, grapefruit), and delicate aniseed notes. On the palate, elegant and layered, with a creamy mid-palate, crisp acidity, and the subtle bitter finish that defines Verdejo.
